Join the Anne Welsh McNulty Institute for Women’s Leadership for a dynamic conversation with leaders across industries exploring how gender and leadership shape workplace well-being. Panelists will share personal insights and professional perspectives on evolving expectations of leadership, the importance of inclusive cultures and how today’s decisions inform the next generation of workplaces.

Together, we will consider what it means to lead with intention in a time of change—and how thoughtful leadership fosters healthier, more equitable and sustainable workplaces for all.
