As a member of the Villanova graduate alumni community, you are invited to experience firsthand the incredible talent, ambition and research capabilities of our grad students at this year's Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition!

You will hear from our grad student finalists, each of whom will present their research in three minutes or less, to a non-specialist audience.

A panel of distinguished judges, including University President the Rev. Peter M. Donohue, OSA, will score for first and second place prizes, while the audience—you—will help us select the 2026 People's Choice Award winner.

A reception in the lobby will take place immediately following the competition. Guests are welcome, as this event is free and open to the community. 

If you are unable to attend in-person and would like to attend virtually, please click the registration button and choose “I will attend virtually.” A livestream link will be provided prior to the event. Livestream viewers are also able to vote for the People’s Choice Award.
