Three Minute Thesis Competition

ABOUT THE EVENT

Time: 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm ET

As a member of the Villanova graduate alumni community, you are invited to experience firsthand the incredible talent, ambition and research capabilities of our grad students at this year's Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition!

You will hear from our grad student finalists, each of whom will present their research in three minutes or less, to a non-specialist audience. A panel of faculty and alumni judges will score for first and second place prizes, while the audience—you—will help us select the 2025 People's Choice Award winner.

A reception in the lobby will take place immediately following the competition. Guests are welcome, as this event is free and open to the community. 

If you can’t attend in-person, a livestream link will be made available prior to the event; livestream viewers are also able to vote for the People's Choice Award.
