Join the Graduate Tax Program for a panel discussion on the representation of women in the tax industry. While women made up 47% of associates at law firms and 49% of new hires at CPA firms in 2020, they were only 22% of equity law partners and 39% of partners at CPA firms. This panel will feature women from across the tax industry where they will discuss what can be done at various levels to increase representation of women in leadership roles. The panel will be followed with a networking reception.
