Please join us for the Minority Alumni Society of the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law's CLE (2.0 substantive credits) as we discuss the definition of critical race theory and the changing landscape of diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Our panel of experts will touch on Affirmative Action, book bans, the status of DEI programs in law firms and related issues. Our course plan will help attendees define critical race theory and walk through a practical application of the theory to recent cases filed by the American Alliance for Equal Rights.
