Reunion Details

When is Reunion?

Reunion will be celebrated on campus from Thursday, June 9, through Sunday, June 12, 2022.

Which Reunion Classes will be celebrated?

Graduates of class years ending in 2 or 7 and the classes of 1970 and 1971 will celebrate milestone reunions with special events.

Who can attend?

  • All class years: Villanova alumni from all class years are invited to attend Reunion! For 2022, members of class years ending in 2 or 7 and the classes of 1970 and 1971 will have special reunion events, and all other events are open to alumni from all class years.

  • Families and Guests: Spouses, children, other family members and guests are welcome and encouraged to attend Reunion! Except for the President’s Address and Reception, Class Celebrations/Meetups and the Supernova dinner dance, Reunion events are child friendly. The Reunion Festival on Saturday will include entertainment for children (face painting, balloon art, lawn games, etc.), the Wildcat mascot and meet-and-greets with student-athletes. Children under five do not require a ticket to attend any of the family-friendly events. Please note that Villanova does not provide childcare during Reunion weekend.

  • Pets: Except for service dogs, pets are not permitted to attend. If you or someone in your party will be bringing a service dog, please contact us at alumni@villanova.edu

Health and Safety Guidelines

Visitors to campus, regardless of vaccination status, are encouraged to wear a mask inside non-residential campus buildings, except while eating or drinking. Proof of vaccination status is not required at this time. Please review the University's COVID-19 guidelines for the most updated information.

Photo Release

University photographers will be on campus throughout Reunion Weekend taking pictures to capture all the special moments. Attendees are asked to complete a photo release to acknowledge that your photo may be taken while on campus.

Event Registration

How do I register for Reunion?

Online event registration is now closed. Please come to the Welcome Center on campus outside the Connelly Center to purchase event tickets (space permitting). You may modify your registration via this link.

Do I need to register in advance?

We strongly encourage pre-registration for all events for space and meal-planning purposes.

There will be no wristband pick-up available at Friday’s All Class Celebrations or Saturday’s Supernova; wristbands may only be picked up at the Welcome Center. On-site sales will only be available for the Festival.

Is there a deadline to register for events?

Online registration is closed. On-site registration for most events will be available during Reunion Weekend at the Connelly Center Welcome Tent. Walk-ups will only be available for the Festival.

How will I know that my registration has been received and processed?

When you register, you will be sent a confirmation via email. Please retain this email for your records. If you have misplaced your confirmation email, you can contact alumni@villanova.edu to request another copy.

How do I make updates to my existing registration? Can I add or remove events?

To add an event to an existing registration, please modify your registration. To request a refund for a paid event, contact the Alumni Office at alumni@villanova.edu.

What methods of payment are accepted for registration?

We accept American Express, VISA and MasterCard. We do not accept Discover.

If I am unable to attend, can I get a refund?

The deadline for housing and event cancellations has passed. If you have questions about your registration, please contact the Alumni Office at alumni@villanova.edu.

If there is inclement weather, will events be relocated or canceled?

In the event of inclement weather, outdoor events will be moved inside. Updates will be provided via our VU Events app and via email.

Can I reserve a table at an event?

We do not offer assigned seating or reserved tables. Class banners, tents and table cards will indicate general areas to facilitate locating your classmates. At all events, there will be extra seating so that you and your friends can sit together. Arriving on time will help with seating preferences.

How will I get my event tickets?

Primary registrants will receive an email confirmation on June 8 containing a link to their ticket.

Present your ticket at the Welcome Tent outside of the Connelly Center to receive all your event wristbands for the weekend. Only the following paid events will require wristbands for entry; if you are not attending these three events, you do not need to pick up wristbands:

  • All-Class Celebration
  • Festival
  • Supernova

If you registered a group, this ticket will allow you to pick up wristbands for everyone in the party. Tickets may only be scanned once for group wristband pickup.

You may either save your ticket to your phone or print it out. If another member of your party is picking up wristbands, you may share the ticket with them.

There will be no wristband pick-up available at Friday’s All Class Celebrations or Saturday’s Supernova; wristbands may only be picked up at the Welcome Center. On-site sales will only be available for the Festival.
