WHO CAN ATTEND

All Class Years
Villanova alumni from all class years are invited to attend Reunion! For 2018, members of class years ending in 3 or 8 will have special reunion events, and all other events are open to all alumni from all class years.

Families & Guests
Spouses, children, other family members and guests are welcome and encouraged to attend Reunion! With the exception of the Class Parties and Supernova, Reunion events are child-friendly. The Picnic on Saturday will include entertainment for children (face painter, balloon artist, lawn games, etc), the Wildcat mascot and student-athletes.

Please note that Villanova does not provide childcare during the weekend.

Pets
With the exception of service dogs, pets are not permitted to attend. If you or someone in your party will be bringing a service dog, please contact us at alumni@villanova.edu or 1-800-VILLANOVA (1-800-845-5266).

Find Out Who Else is Attending
You can see who is coming by viewing the Reunion Attendee List, which will be posted after registration begins on March 21. To obtain contact information for fellow alumni before Reunion, you may look them up via the Nova Network.

EVENT REGISTRATION

When will registration open?
Registration for events and housing will open on March 21 at 9 a.m. ET. Registration will be available through this website. We encourage you to discuss your plans with friends and family in advance, so you will be able to complete your registration quickly. This is especially important for those interested in on-campus housing, which will sell out quickly.

Do I need to register in advance?
Registration is mandatory for on-campus housing. We strongly encourage pre-registration for all events to ensure proper space and meal planning. Walk-ups at events will be accommodated as space permits.

Please note that no walk-ups will be accepted for Supernova and pre-registration is required.

Can I reserve a table at an event?
We do not offer assigned seating or reserved tables. Class banners, tents and table cards will indicate general areas to facilitate locating your classmates. At all events, there will be extra seating so that you and your friends can sit together. On-time arrival will help with seating preferences.

What methods can I use to register for Reunion?
Online registration is the preferred method, but you can also call 1-800-VILLANOVA and someone can help you with your registration.

What credit cards can I use to pay for registration?
We accept American Express, VISA and MasterCard. We do not accept Discover Card.

How will I know that my registration has been received and processed?
When you register, you will be sent a confirmation via email. Please retain this email for your records. If you have misplaced your confirmation email, you can call 1-800-VILLANOVA (1-800-845-5266) or email alumni@villanova.edu to request another one.

Are refunds allowed?
To get a refund, housing cancellations must be made before May 7, 2018, and event cancellations must be made before May 24, 2018. For cancellations or adjustments to your registration, please click the modify registration link in your confirmation email, or contact the Alumni Office at 1-800-VILLANOVA (1-800-845-5266) or alumni@villanova.edu.

How will I get my event tickets?
You will be able to print your tickets from home. Additional information will be provided as Reunion 2018 approaches.

ON-CAMPUS HOUSING REGISTRATION

When can I register for housing?
Event and housing registration will open on March 21 at 9 a.m. ET. Housing options will be included in the Reunion registration form. On-campus housing is limited and will sell out quickly.

Are there requirements for on-campus housing?
Yes, guests must register for a Class Party on Friday night or Supernova on Saturday night in order to reserve a room/apartment on campus. This will help us provide on-campus housing to those who need it most.

What methods can I use to register for Reunion?
Online registration is the preferred method, but you can also call 1-800-VILLANOVA and someone can help you with your registration. We encourage you to discuss your plans with friends and family in advance, so you will be able to complete your registration quickly. This is especially important for those interested in on-campus housing, which will sell out quickly.

Can I purchase more than one room/apartment when I register?
No. Each registrant may only purchase one room/apartment.

If I don't know who my other room/apartment guest(s) will be, can I still purchase a room/apartment?
Yes. You can purchase a room/apartment during registration and add your guests' names at a later date. Please list "TBD" for guest names when you register, and use the modify registration link to update your guests' names when they are confirmed. All guests must be confirmed by May 7.

If my original room/apartment guests have changed, what should I do?
If your guests have changed, please click the link to modify your registration in your confirmation email and update the names, or email alumni@villanova.edu for assistance.

How can I request a handicapped-accessible room?
A limited number of handicapped-accessible apartments are available in each West Campus building. On the Reunion registration form, you will have the option to request a handicapped-accessible room.

Any additional housing needs should be directed to 1-800-VILLANOVA (1-800-845-5266) or alumni@villanova.edu.

How do I know what residence hall/apartment I am assigned to?
When you arrive on campus, visit the Welcome Center in Garey Hall to confirm your room assignment and receive your keys. Welcome Center hours are listed on the Reunion Events Schedule.

What if I arrive on campus outside of registration hours?
If you have registered for on-campus housing and arrive after registration hours, there will be instructions at the Welcome Center in Garey Hall as well as at residence hall doors for where to report to pick up your room keys.

Do I need to stop by the Welcome Center to check out of my room?
No. Upon moving out of your room, you do not need to stop at the Welcome Center - you can simply pack your belongings and depart! Room keys may either be discarded or left in your room.

WHAT TO BRING

I’m staying on campus. Do I need to bring my own bedding?
Apartments and residence halls are supplied with basic pillows, bed linens and a limited supply of blankets (housekeeping services are not provided during the weekend). We strongly recommend you bring extra blankets and warm attire, as the blanket furnished for each bed is a simple one and there are very few extras available. Extra blankets - if available - will be left in the Klekotka Hall lobby on West Campus.

What about bathroom and shower supplies?
Apartments and residence halls are supplied with towels and washcloths. Basic personal care items such as soap, shampoo, toilet tissue and hangers are provided. We recommend that you bring additional toiletries and other items you anticipate needing.
