Dan Kelley ’01 MS, CTO, Keriton

Dan Kelley is the CTO of Keriton, Inc., a fully automated feeding management platform designed for the NICU. As a seasoned healthcare entrepreneur, Dan is designing, developing and delivering a technology roadmap that balances innovation and safety. He has 20+ years of IT experience, resulting in an in-depth knowledge of IT management and the Software Development Life Cycle within various industries.

Prior to starting at Keriton, Dan helped other companies large and small to architect and deliver large scale, high-performance applications using industry best practices to ensure quality and security.

Doug Langa P ’21, ’23, President, Novo Nordisk, Inc.

Douglas “Doug” Langa was appointed Senior Vice President, Head of North America Operations and President of Novo Nordisk Inc. in March 2017 and was promoted to Executive Vice President, North America Operations and President of Novo Nordisk Inc. in August 2017. In this role, Mr. Langa has full business responsibility for Novo Nordisk’s largest sales region, comprised of the United States and Canada.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Langa served as Senior Vice President, Market Access, where he was responsible for securing formulary access with key payer customers for Novo Nordisk brands. Mr. Langa previously served as Corporate Vice President, Market Access. He joined Novo Nordisk in 2011 as the Senior Director, Managed Markets, in which he was responsible for strategy development and execution across Novo Nordisk’s diabetes portfolio.

Mr. Langa joined Novo Nordisk from GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), where he was the Senior Director of Payer Marketing. Prior to GSK, he spent the majority of his career at Johnson and Johnson, where he held various roles of increasing responsibility within Managed Markets, Sales Leadership and Marketing. He has over 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry. Mr. Langa graduated from Widener University, earned his MBA from Fordham University and holds professional certificates from The Wharton School and Harvard Business School.

Mark McCreary ’95 CLAS, Partner, Fox & Rothschild

Mark McCreary is a partner and a Chairperson of the Privacy and Data Security Practice Group at Fox Rothschild LLP. He focuses a segment of his practice on compliance with privacy-related laws, rules and regulations as well as responses in the event of a data breach. He is CIPP/US certified by the International Association of Privacy Professionals and was selected to the "Trailblazers" list for Cyber Security Law by The National Law Journal (2016). He speaks and writes frequently on privacy and cybersecurity matters. Mr. McCreary spent four years as the firm’s first Chief Privacy Officer, building a robust data security culture among 950+ lawyers and 1,000+ staff spread across 27 offices.

Scott Megill ’07 EMBA, President and CEO, Coriell Life Sciences

Scott Megill, MBA is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Coriell Life Sciences. In this role, Scott directs the company to deliver the power of precision medicine at the intersections of biotechnology, pharmacogenomics and clinical decision support. Since launching Coriell Life Sciences in 2013, he has positioned the company as an internationally trusted provider of bioinformatics, genetic interpretation and reporting and comprehensive medication risk management solutions.

Scott is committed to translating genetic science into proactive, personalized health prevention that improves patient outcomes. He guides the development of the company’s portfolio of industry-leading products such as Enterprise PGx, a pioneering turnkey program that sets the standard in medication therapy management.

Scott holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Villanova University and earned his Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy from Drew University.

Marguerite Swietlik ’86 FCN, VP Nursing Informatics, Inova Health System

Dr. Swietlik is Vice President and Chief Nursing Informatics Officer for Inova Health System where she lends her expertise to leading multidisciplinary teams in the transformation of the electronic health record (EHR) to improve clinical care delivery, promote better patient outcomes and decrease healthcare costs. She has extensive experience, education and certification in leadership and the field of nursing informatics including: Nurse Executive-Advanced (NEA-BC), Nursing Informatics (RN-BC), and Certified Professional in Health Information Management Systems (CPHIMS). She served as a member of HIMSS Innovation Committee (2013-2015) and is a national presenter on informatics and health IT topics. In addition, she has expertise in using the EHR for research and clinical transformation. Her primary area of clinical interest focuses using the EHR to provide evidence-based care recommendations that lead to improved clinical outcomes, and using decision support tools to identify opportunities to decrease the burden of nursing and clinician documentation.

Dr. Swietlik earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University; a Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania; a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Vanderbilt University and a certificate as Executive Leader in Health IT from the University of Colorado.

Susan VonNessen-Scanlin ’87 FCN, CEO, Rutgers Community Health Center, Rutgers University

Susan VonNessen-Scanlin is the Associate Dean of Clinical Affairs at Rutgers School of Nursing, the Vice President of Clinical Affairs for the Rutgers School of Nursing for Rutgers Health Group and the interim CEO of Rutgers Community Health Center FQHC. She has dedicated much of her professional career to improving healthcare. Ms. Scanlin brings to the team firsthand clinical, strategic, operational and research experience from her more than 30 years working in some of the nation’s premier academic medical centers and children’s hospitals. She spent five years working in independent consulting, where she implemented lean operations to redesigned clinical programs and served in strategic leadership roles around developing regional clinically integrated networks such as the Colorado Institute of Maternal and Fetal Health.
