Join the Club of Chicago for a seminar on "How to Buy Your First House or Condo" with Jim Fredian, a broker with @properties and current Villanova parent. The discussion topics will include the current Chicago real estate market, the rent vs. buy decision, working with a lender, finding the right property and the offer/negotiation process. There will also be ample time to answer all of your questions and take some of the stress and mystery out of the home buying process.
