Tim Fetter, CMT, ’97 VSB

Vice President, Director of Equity Trading, Eaton Vance Management

Tim joined Eaton Vance in 2005 and has more than twenty years of equity trading experience. He is the former Director of Equity Trading at Oppenheimer & Co. He earned the Chartered Market Technician designation in 2009. Tim is a graduate of the Villanova School of Business with a degree in finance and achieved his MBA from Johns Hopkins University.

 

Tara Killeen ’89 FCN

Nurse Practitioner, MS, ANP-BC, Research Occupational Health

Tara is a Nurse Practitioner for the Boston University Research Occupational Health Program. Her role is to provide medical surveillance clearance and risk assessments for both researchers and support staff. She has participated in the Laboratory Safety Committee and in medical response drills for the National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories (NEIDL) in Boston which has high containment dedicated laboratories working on diagnostics, vaccines and treatments for Biological Safety Level 4 agents including Ebola, Marburg and other viral hemorrhagic fever viruses.

Tara received her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Villanova University in 1989 and Master of Science in nursing from Boston College in 1993. She first worked at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston in the Orthopedic and Post Anesthesia Care Units. After receiving her master's degree and Nurse Practitioner Certification, she worked in primary care for Urban Medical Group in Jamaica Plain, MA and with Meeks and Zilberfarb Orthopedics in Brookline, MA. Tara worked in Occupational Health for Partners Healthcare at both Mass General Hospital and Newton Wellesley Hospital prior to joining Boston University in 2014.

In addition to being a nurse practitioner, Tara enjoys spending time planning neighborhood block parties and with her family and friends at the beach or Needham Pool and Racquet Club. She can also be found watching her son's baseball and hockey games.

 

Christina Nee ’10 CLAS

Senior Director, Client & Media Services, Centro

Christina is the Senior Director of Client & Media Services at Centro, a global provider of advertising technology and services. In her current role, Christina oversees Centro’s East Coast strategy and operations, leading a team of talented digital media specialists whose focus is developing creative strategies for their clients across the digital media landscape. Christina previously held various agency roles at MullenLowe and Universal McCann, working with brands such as JetBlue, MassMutual, and Charles Schwab. With over nine years of experience in the industry, Christina and her team have a unique offering, combining holistic digital media planning and buying, ad tech and raving fan service.

Christina earned her Bachelor of Arts in communication from Villanova University's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences in 2010.

 

William “Bill” Nolan ’96 COE

Managing Director, H.I.G. Capital

Bill is a Managing Director based in H.I.G.'s Boston office. Since joining the firm in 2003, he has been responsible for all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, transaction structuring, financing and execution of post-closing growth strategies. Bill has led investments in a number of industries including distribution, healthcare, business services and manufacturing, and currently serves on the board of directors of several H.I.G. companies.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Bill was with Bain & Company, a leading management and strategy consulting firm. While at Bain, Bill advised a variety of Fortune 100 and Private Equity clients across a range of industries including consumer products, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing. His clients' needs included revenue growth initiatives, cost savings programs, acquisition analysis and merger integration. Prior to Bain, Bill spent a number of years with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, where he advised lower middle market companies across a variety of industries on operations and technology initiatives.

Bill earned an MBA from Harvard Business School with high honors as a Baker Scholar. He earned his undergraduate degree in computer engineering from Villanova University.

Meredith Okenquist ’96 CLAS

Career Transitions Coach, Villanova University

Meredith joined the Experienced Career Services Team last summer in a newly developed role for Villanova University as a Career Transitions Coach. In this position, Meredith is responsible for the counseling and coaching of Villanova alumni and adult learners on career development and career transitions. She provides programs designed to support alumni, graduate students and students in the College of Professional Studies pursuing career promotions or changes, industry transitions, return-to-work, or considering further skill building, research and education.

Meredith enters this role with more than 20 years of experience in human resources. In her last role, she was the Director of Alumni Career and Professional Development for Temple University in the Fox School of Business and had held a role prior within the Fox School of Business as an Associate Director, Graduate Professional Development where she provided career services support to students in the MBA and MS programs. Before her time at Temple University, Meredith worked for Careers On The Move, a boutique recruitment firm based in Manhattan, for 11 years within talent acquisition. Meredith specialized in Financial and Risk Management, Market Data, Energy, Technology, Legal Services, Sales and Valuation Recruitment. Her working credentials also include Human Resources positions for SAP America and NovaCare, Inc.

Meredith holds a Bachelor's Degree in human services from Villanova University and an MBA from Temple University Fox School of Business, with a concentration in human resources administration.
