Join us for this exciting evening of conversation with the author of the critically acclaimed mystery Shadow Man, and the retired homicide detective who investigated the case that inspired the novel.

Alan Drew, MFA is an associate professor of English and director of Villanova's Creative Writing Program, and author of Shadow Man, named one of The Wall Street Journal's Best Mysteries of 2017. Robert A. Jackus '71 CLAS is a retired Los Angeles County Police Department homicide detective whose many high-profile cases include that of the infamous "Night Stalker", where Drew found inspiration for Shadow Man.

The event will feature a welcome reception from 7:00 - 8:00 pm followed by the speaking program.
