WHO CAN ATTEND
All class years
Villanova
alumni from all class years are invited to attend Reunion! For 2019, members of
class years ending in 4 or 9 will have special reunion events, and all other
events are open to alumni from all class years.
Families & guests
Spouses, children, other family members and guests are welcome and
encouraged to attend Reunion! With the exception of the President’s Lecture and
Reception, Class Celebrations/Meetups and the Supernova dinner dance, Reunion events are
child-friendly. The Reunion Festival on Saturday will include entertainment for
children (face painting, balloon art, lawn games, etc.), the Wildcat mascot
and meet-and-greets with student-athletes. Children under five do not require a ticket to
attend any of the family-friendly events. Please note that Villanova does not provide childcare during the weekend.
Pets
With the exception of service dogs, pets are not permitted to attend. If you or someone in your party will be bringing a service dog, please contact us at alumni@villanova.edu or 1-800-VILLANOVA (1-800-845-5266).
Find out who else is attending
You can
see who is attending Reunion by viewing the Attendee List tab on this website.

EVENT REGISTRATION
When will event registration open?
Registration is now open! We encourage you to discuss your plans with friends and family
in advance so you will be able to complete your registration quickly.
Do I need to register in advance?
We strongly encourage pre-registration for all events for space and meal-planning purposes. Walk-ups will be accommodated as space permits. On-site registration for Supernova will close on Friday, June 7, at 6 p.m. To register on-site for Supernova before then, please visit the Welcome Center in the Connelly Center Tent. No walk-up registration will occur on site for Supernova.
How
do I make updates to my existing registration? Can I add or remove events?
To add an event to an existing registration, please
click the Modify Registration link in your confirmation email. To request
a refund for a paid event, contact the Alumni
Office at 1-800-VILLANOVA (1-800-845-5266) or alumni@villanova.edu.
If there is inclement weather, will events be
relocated or cancelled?
In the event of inclement weather, outdoor events will
be moved inside. Updates will be provided via our VU Events app and also via email.
Can I reserve a table at an event?
We do not offer assigned seating
or reserved tables. Class banners, tents and table cards will indicate general
areas to facilitate locating your classmates. At all events, there will be
extra seating so that you and your friends can sit together. Arriving on time will help with seating preferences.
What methods can I use to register for Reunion?
Online registration is the preferred method, but you can also call 1-800-VILLANOVA and someone can help you with your registration.
What methods of payment are accepted for registration?
We accept American Express, VISA and MasterCard. We do not accept Discover.
How will I know that my registration has been received and processed?
When you register, you will be sent a confirmation via email. Please retain this email for your records. If you have misplaced your confirmation email, you can call 1-800-VILLANOVA (1-800-845-5266) or email alumni@villanova.edu to request another copy.
If I am unable to attend, can I get a refund for housing or event(s)?
For cancellations or adjustments to your registration, contact the Alumni Office at 1-800-VILLANOVA (1-800-845-5266) or alumni@villanova.edu. To get a refund, housing and event cancellations must be made by contacting the Alumni Office before Monday, May 6, 2019, at 11:59 p.m. PT.
How will I get my event tickets?
Each member of your group will be
assigned a barcode at registration. This barcode acts as your ticket and will be scanned at the entrance for all paid events. All barcodes for your group will be
included in your registration confirmation email. You can forward your confirmation email to share these barcodes with each member of your group if you anticipate arriving at events separately. You will be able to print these barcodes from home or have them scanned on your mobile device at the
entrance to each event.
You can also access your barcode through the VU Events app. You must log in to the app in order to access your barcode. Please note that you cannot access barcodes for other members of your party through the app.

When you arrive on campus, please visit the Welcome Center outside of the Connelly
Center to confirm your room assignment and receive access. Welcome Center hours
are listed on the Schedule tab.
What if I arrive on campus outside of registration hours?
If you have registered for on-campus housing and arrive after

If you plan on arriving after the Welcome Center closes, special accommodations will be made on a case-by-case basis. Please contact alumni@villanova.edu with specific requests.
Do I need to stop by the Welcome Center to check out of my room?
No. Upon
moving out of your room, you do not need to stop at the Welcome Center—you

WHAT TO BRING
I’m staying on campus. Do I need to bring my own bedding?
Apartments and residence halls are supplied with pillows, bed linens and a limited supply of blankets. To ensure you have a comfortable stay, we strongly recommend that you bring extra blankets and warm attire. The blanket furnished for each bed is a simple one and few extras are available. Any extra blankets will be left in the Klekotka Hall lobby on West Campus.
On-campus accommodations are basic student rooms that
offer few amenities. Rooms reflect the standard student living experience and are not
luxurious. Also, please be advised that the frequent
opening and closing of windows or other methods of adjusting room temperature can create noticeable condensation and dampness inside your room.
For those staying on campus, visit the on-campus housing site for photos, information on room amenities and additional items to pack.
What about bathroom and shower supplies?
Apartments and residence halls will be supplied with towels and
washcloths. Basic personal care items such as soap, shampoo, toilet tissue and
hangers will also be provided. We recommend that you bring additional toiletries and
other items you anticipate needing.
I’m staying on West Campus. Do I need to bring my own cooking supplies?
Apartment kitchens and kitchenettes include a microwave. They do not come with any kitchen supplies (utensils, plates, glasses, cookware, etc.) or small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, etc.). You must bring these items if you anticipate using them.
Are there any basic items you recommend I bring?
Help us in our efforts to preserve the environment! We encourage you to bring your own refillable water bottle and refill it at any of our Hydration Stations on campus.
Are housekeeping services provided in residence halls or apartments during the weekend?
No, housekeeping services will not be available during Reunion Weekend.
